Christine Allen

In addition to the position as Consulting Partner at Fertility Consultancy, Dr. Christine Allen is an USA embryologist with over 25 years in the field of ART, a coach of several brilliant IVF technologists and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Embryology and a doctorate in Toxicology.

Furthermore, Christine is Director of Laboratory Operations at EliteIVF TM LLC, founder and former COO of CryoForLife LifeSciences Biorepository Cryobank in South America, and currently serves as CSO of North Star Fertility Partners in USA, and as offsite Scientific Director at Fleury Fertilidade Network in Brazil.

Also, Christine has been an active member of American Association of Bioanalists and American Society of Reproductive Medicine for 16 years, currently serving as Chair of Continuing Education to AAB’s Midwestern Regional Board of Governors for the past 6 years. Christine’s fields of expertise are cryopreservation of gametes, cryobanking of reproductive tissue and green field establishment as well as quality management of IVF laboratories.

Christine has been a consultant for over 100 clients worldwide, providing laboratory solutions for issues ranging from a complete gold standard laboratory build up and remodeling, to research models support, staff training, complex litigation guidance and risk assessments in IVF improvement for mergers and acquisitions. She also provides support as an expert witness and auditor for justice departments in US and abroad.
