GENERAL MANAGER, APAC/Thailand

Following is a description of the expectations and ideal candidate.

Location: Thailand
Reporting to: Group CEO

As the APAC General Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, enhance product offerings, and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fertility industry and management, with demonstrated experience in IVF laboratory technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers, embryologist, and sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, ensuring that financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to identify market needs and collect customer feedback for new product development or enhancements to existing products
• Marketing: Leading regional sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting our product and solutions, including targeting key market segments and establishing strong customer and KOL relationships.
• Excellence: Implement best practices and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, including regulatory affairs, supply chain coordination, customer service.
• Satisfaction: Champion a customer-centric approach across the organization, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations.
• Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related, ensuring that our products and processes are compliant with all relevant requirements.

Personal Requirements:
• Experience in a leadership role within the Fertility industry, with a focus on laboratory equipment’s.
• Track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Integrity, works transparently and is recognized for treating others with respect.
• Accountability, to create and execute solutions that deliver desired results and can “own it” in a Performance Driven Culture.
• Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Business acumen and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in relevant industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to ensuring compliance in all aspects of operations.
